We adapt our training style to best help the people in the room. From teasing a quiet group of data-driven, training-cynics out of their shell, to injecting more authenticity into an over-confident sales team. And because of our backgrounds in the creative industries, we’ve talked to a lot of different types of people. Introvert? Extrovert? Left-brain? Right-brain? Not-got-a-clue brain? One size doesn’t fit all. So we look at each person in our sessions individually. What do they need for a boost of confidence? How can we help them command the room? What key will unlock their hidden powers of negotiation? We find the fix, the angle, the technique that works for you. One of our clients calls it our ‘magic dust’.

In our training sessions we get you up and doing stuff. It’s not just theory to send you back to your desks with. We work in short, sharp bursts and then get you discussing what you’ve learned. You’ll try the techniques out on each other, in situations that directly relate to your day-to-day world. So you get a more engaging session and the techniques are more likely to stick.
